A SAPS officer injured in a shooting incident in De Deur.

DE-DEUR - Cert-SA says their Vaal Crew responded to a shooting incident in the De Deur area on Saturday evening at approximately 21:00. According to Cert-SA, a confrontation with suspects ensued, resulting in a SAPS officer sustaining severe injuries. Two other individuals succumbed to their injuries during the altercation. The officer was treated and stabilised on scene before being transported to a nearby hospital under Advanced Life Support Care. Cert-SA thanked ER24, the SAPS, and Afri-Guard for their assistance on scene.
