A third confirmed case of cholera was reported in Johannesburg.

The Gauteng Health Department says a third confirmed case of cholera was reported in Johannesburg earlier this week. Department spokesperson, Motaletale Modiba, says the latest case is the husband of one of the two sisters who had travelled back to Johannesburg from Malawi with symptoms last month. Modiba says the husband is in stable condition, and they have already traced 18 people who were in contact with the affected sisters.
