Consumers are being warned to be aware of fraudsters today on Black Friday.

Black Friday does mark the start of the festive trade, but residents of the Vaal Triangle and other South Africans should bear in mind that fraudsters are very active at this time of year. The chief executive of the Southern African Fraud Prevention Service, Manie van Schalkwyk says consumers should make sure they are informed before deciding to do any online shopping at this time of year.
