VAAL TRIANGLE - Cyber crime experts warn passwords should not be relied upon entirely for security. A Mimecast report indicates 71% of South African companies have experienced some form of cyber attack. Mimecast’s cyber-security expert, Duane Nicol, cautions having a password alone may not be enough to safeguard devices and protect information online. He urges the public to avoid using the same password across different online platforms and recommends the use of stronger passwords to enhance online security.
