Cyril Ramaphosa will address the nation on the Covid-19 pandemic

VAAL TRIANGLE - President Cyril Ramaphosa is set to address the nation today following a meeting with the National Command Council. The president was meant to address the country yesterday evening but the meeting went on longer than anticipated. Minister in the Presidency Jackson Mthembu says the council dealt with very heavy matters. Meanwhile, the Health Department has announced that 34 more cases of Covid-19 were confirmed yesterday. By last night South Africa had 274 confirmed cases of the coronavirus and no deaths. There are 132 cases in Gauteng, 88 in the Western Cape, 36 in KwaZulu-Natal, 09 in the Free State, 06 in Mpumalanga, 02 in the Eastern Cape and 01 in Limpopo.
