Eskom ramps up load-shedding due to shortage of generation capacity.

VAAL TRIANGLE - Eskom says load-shedding will vary between stages one, two, and three this week due to a shortage of generation capacity. Stage two will be implemented from 05:00 this morning until 16:00 this afternoon, followed by stage three until 05:00 tomorrow morning. Stage one will then be enforced until 16:00 in the afternoon followed by stage three until 05:00 on Wednesday morning. Eskom’s spokesperson, Daphne Mokwena, says this pattern where stage one is implemented during the day and stage three in the evenings will continue until Friday.
