VAAL TRIANGLE - South Africans are urged to spend their money carefully during December, as fuel prices are set to increase in January. The latest figures from the Central Energy Fund suggest there will be an increase of 28 cents per liter for 95-octane petrol and 31 cents for 93-octane. Diesel will increase between 50 and 51 cents. The new prices will apply from 06 January 2021. The sharp increase comes as a result of increased fuel prices on international markets, caused by the increasing oil prices.
