It is important to support matrics who achieved less favourable exam results

VAAL TRIANGLE - The South African College of Applied Psychology says it is important to support matrics who achieved less favourable exam results. The institution’s deputy dean and counseling psychologist, Lauren Martin, says learners getting their final school marks in black and white can spiral some into despair and crisis, especially if their matric results fall short of what they had hoped for. If you are experiencing feelings of anxiety or depression make use of the Cipla Mental Health Helpline by calling 0800 456 789 or SMS 31393. PHOTOS: (Supplied)
