One person injured after losing control of his bakkie in Meyerton

MEYERTON - CERT-SA says one person was injured after losing control of his bakkie in Meyerton on Wednesday evening. The organisation yesterday said in a statement that their Vaal Crew responded to the collision on Uitvlugt Road in Nelsonia, Meyerton, on Wednesday evening at 20:30 pm. The driver of a bakkie veered off the road and drove into a ditch. CERT-SA says the driver was treated on the scene and transported to a nearby hospital by Gauteng Emergency Medical Services. The organisation thanked Midvaal Fire Department, Midvaal Traffic and A-Assist Towing for their assistance on the scene.
