Police searching for relatives of deceased man found near Vaal Plaza

VAAL TRIANGLE - Police are searching for the family of an unknown African male whose body was found on the N1 near the Vaal Plaza tollgate. Arrive Alive yesterday said in a statement that on Tuesday, 02 May 2023, at about 07:00, the Parys SAPS were contacted regarding a body found on the N1 near Vaal toll plaza. The organisation said the deceased did not have any visible injuries and he had no identity documents on him. He was wearing a blue jean and a black and red tracksuit jersey with black tekkies. Anyone who may have a missing relative or know anyone who matches this description must contact Detective Constable Bongani Boniswa on 082 554 3041.
