One person dies in a pedestrian accident in Meyerton over the weekend

MEYERTON - CERT-SA says one person died in a pedestrian accident on Morris Road in Meyerton over the weekend. The organisation says their Vaal Crew responded to the Pedestrian Vehicle Collision on Saturday evening at around 21:00 pm. Unfortunately, the pedestrian showed no signs of life and was declared dead on arrival. No other injuries or fatalities were reported. CERT-SA thanked the Meyerton SAPS for their assistance on the scene.
