Boipatong police searching for man wanted after retail shop robbery

VAAL TRIANGLE - The police in Boipatong asked for community assistance in locating a man wanted for questioning after he was captured on CCTV footage. The SAPS said in a statement that the African male is wanted for questioning about a business robbery that occurred on 30 September 2023 at about 9:30 at a retail shop in Boipatong, Vaal Triangle. The police say the store was broken into and an undisclosed amount of cash was taken after a safe was forced open. The image is unclear, but it shows an African male with a small beard, a beanie on his head and a hoodie top.
