Child among the injured in abnormal load vehicle accident in Three Rivers

THREE RIVERS - Cert-SA says a child was among those injured in an accident involving an abnormal load heavy motor vehicle in Three Rivers, Vereeniging. The organisation said their Vaal crew was called to the scene on Blackwood Road, opposite Fourways Spar, in Three Rivers, at around 15:40 in the afternoon. Upon arrival they found an abnormal load heavy motor vehicle had collided with a bakkie. Two people, including a child, sustained minor injuries. The child was transported to the hospital by ER24. Cert-SA thanked Midvaal Fire and Rescue, Midvaal Traffic Department, and ER24 for the assistance on the scene.
