DA’s Women’s Network Midvaal petitions for a maternity ward for Meyerton Clinic

MEYERTON - The DA’s Women’s Network in Midvaal has submitted a petition signed by more than a thousand concerned women, urging the Gauteng Department of Health to intervene in local healthcare facilities. The petition aims to ensure that a maternity ward is urgently established at the Meyerton Clinic. The party says due to a growing economy in Midvaal, the area’s population has started to grow in such a way that the clinic can no longer adequately cater to the needs of residents.
