VAAL TRIANGLE - The National Consumer Commission has urged consumers to immediately discontinue the use of 50-millilitres neutralising shampoo Dark and Lovely Moisture Plus. The manufacturer, L'Oréal, detected bacteria in the shampoo during routine quality checks. The commissions' deputy commissioner, Thezi Mabuza, advises returning the product for a full refund, as it may cause scalp infections in those with compromised immune systems.
