ELM advises of a planned electricity shutdown of the Duncanville Substation.

VEREENIGING - The Emfuleni Local Municipality notified consumers in the Unitas Park, Arcon Park, Duncanville Ext 3, Duncanville Industrial and Chain areas of a planned power supply shutdown that will be in effect on Saturday, 22 June from 09:00 in the morning until 18:00 in the evening. This is due to the replacement of isolators and control cables at Duncanville Substation. ELM says no guarantee can be given that supply will remain off for the duration of the interruption and therefore, advised affected customers to always treat all electrical circuits and appliances as Live. The municipality apologized for the inconvenience.
