Gauteng Education MEC sets deadline for school placement decisions

VAAL TRIANGLE - Gauteng Education MEC Matome Chiloane has given parents seven days to finalise Grade 1 and 8 school placements, starting today. Chiloane said that placement offers will be sent out, and parents are advised to check the education portal if they don’t receive a message. He said that the department is currently dealing with 325,858 completed registrations.
