Gauteng health facilities improve rating in patient experience of care survey

VAAL TRIANGLE - The Gauteng Department of Health says patients accessing healthcare services at health facilities have expressed satisfaction with the level of service received in the 2023/2024 financial year. This comes as the department obtained an overall score of 84% in the Patient Experience of Care survey. The department’s spokesperson Motalatale Modiba says this is 4% more than the set national target.
