Loadshedding suspended until 4pm

VAAL TRIANGLE - Eskom has announced it has suspended loadshedding until 16:00 today. This is due to sufficient available generation capacity. The power utility reminds customers that load-shedding is implemented as a last resort to maintain the stability of the power system. Eskom spokesperson, Daphne Mokwena says Stage 2 loadshedding will return after four. Stage 2 loadshedding will be implemented until 05:00 on Thursday, followed by Stage 1 loadshedding from 05:00 until 16:00. Eskom will communicate further tomorrow afternoon, or should any significant changes occur.
