NUMSA celebrates court victory against SA Steel Mills

VAAL TRIANGLE - National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa welcomes the Labour Court ruling affirming the 16th April strike at the South African Steel Mills as lawful. This judgment prevents SA Steel Mills from disciplining or dismissing 162 workers who participated in the strike. NUMSA's national spokesperson Phakamile Hlubi-Majola says the union views this a significant win for workers' rights and vows to remain a strong advocate for the working class.
