VAAL TRIANGLE - Parents have been cautioned against posting photos of their children on the first day of school on social media due to increasing kidnapping cases. This comes as thousands of learners start Grades R and 1, and others return to school on Wednesday. The Southern African chief technology official at cybersecurity company ESET, Adrian Standford, warns posting such pictures might reveal critical details about children. He urged parents to be cautious in sharing information that could compromise their children’s safety.
