Repairs to main water supply pipe to Emfuleni has been completed

VAAL TRIANGLE - An Emfuleni councillor has confirmed that repair work to a pipeline that left Emfuleni and Metsimaholo municipalities without water for days has been repaired. Ward 5 Councillor, Maureen Dosoudil, said in a statement earlier today that the repair work has successfully been completed and that the pipeline is charging and water is flowing. She said the lower lying areas will receive water first and is expected to have water from late afternoon. She urged these residents to use water sparingly so that the higher areas can also receive water supply as soon as possible. The councillor encouraged residents to please exercise patience.
