SADAG raises concern about coping with festive loneliness, stress and depression.

VAAL TRIANGLE - The South African Depression and Anxiety Group has highlighted the challenges the holiday season can bring for individuals living with depression. SADAG director Cassey Chambers says the holidays may induce stress and difficult emotions for everyone. Chambers points out feelings of isolation, grief and sadness can impact both individuals with clinical depression and those without. She urges people facing mental health challenges to seek help and emphasises the importance of not suffering alone during the holiday period.
