The Emfuleni Local Municipality introduces new customer service WhatsApp numbers

VANDERBIJLPARK - The Emfuleni Local Municipality informed its residents that the Metsi-a-Lekoa Customer Care Department is introducing new WhatsApp numbers to report service-related issues, in order to enhance customer service. Customers are encouraged to report queries via WhatsApp, clearly stating the nature of the complaint, their name , contact numbers and address and nearest landmark if needed so that technical teams are dispatched accordingly. A refence number for follow ups will be sent to the customer once the query is successfully logged on the system.

For no water, blocked sewers, leaking fire hydrants, water leaks, pipe bursts, missing manhole covers, and foul-smelling water, send a WhatsApp message to 083 434 3473.

For faulty meter complaints send a "WhatsApp message to 064 918 6434.
