MIDVAAL - The Midvaal Local Municipality said in statement he is aware of various illegal advertising boards on Portion 106 of the Farm Elandsfontein 334-IQ by Ntha Property Developers. MLM urged residents to refrain from purchasing stands on Elandsfontein Plots by Ntha Property developers as the developer has not complied with all due planning processes yet, and the area currently remains a non-proclaimed township. According to MLM, a Township Establishment application was submitted to the Municipality on the 08th of February 2023, by a consultant appointed by Ntha Property Developers. The application is however currently in the circulation phase awaiting comments from various internal and external government departments and is NOT approved by the Municipality. The Municipality is seeking legal advice from an Attorney regarding the removal of the illegal advertising boards. MLM says this development remains illegal, despite numerous non-factual information being provided to members of the public by the Developer.
