Vaal motorists can now make use of new Vaal Mall entrance road

VANDERBIJLPARK - Vaal Triangle motorists will now be able to make use of a new entrance road to the Vaal Mall in Vanderbijlpark. The Vaal Mall said in a notice that the new link road from the R57 Golden Highway joins up with Helena Lochner Street and makes it more convenient for shoppers, especially those travelling from Sasolburg. The Emfuleni Local Municipality’s MMC for Public Works, Cllr. Tumi Mochawe, officially opened the road last week during a ribbon cutting ceremony. Mochawe said they remain humbled that even in the midst of challenges our Municipality is facing, big and small businesses still believe in the potential economic boom of this region. He encouraged business to do as Vaal Mall did, with ELM promising to do all they can within the ambit of legislation to support every initiative to grow our economy and create jobs for the people. Portfolio Manager for Vaal Mall, Shana Maree-Paraskevopoulos, says offering their customers an exceptional, easy-to-navigate shopping experience is important to them and they are excited to open this link road to the public. Shana said the centre's improved accessibility will not only enhance the experience for Vaal Mall customers using the new road but also for customers using Vaal Mall's other entrances where traffic congestion will be alleviated.
