Vanderbijlpark SAPS announces new station commander

VANDERBIJLPARK - Vanderbijlpark SAPS proudly announced the appointment of a new station commander. Brigadier Phiwe Samuel Ndwandwe, former station commander of Heidelberg Police Station, has been appointed as SAPS Vanderbijlpark Station Commander on Tuesday 06 August. Brigadier Ndwandwe holds a National Diploma in Policing, obtained in 1999, a B-Tech Degree in Policing obtained in 2000 as well as a Bachelor of Policing Practice Degree obtained in 2010. His academic qualifications are complemented by a career of 32 years of service that encompasses diverse key roles and a wealth of managerial experience. From Social Crime Prevention, he became the Germiston VISPOL Cluster Coordinator, was Acting Station Commander at SAPS Elsburg, Visible Section Commander at SAPS Orange Farms, SAPS Heidelberg Station Commander and later became SAPS Vanderbijlpark Acting Station Commander. Sedibeng Cluster Commissioner Major General Nkhensani Lemba welcomed his appointment.
