Vanderbijlpark SAPS finds two decomposed bodies under the trees near Louisrus plots

VANDERBIJLPARK - The Vanderbijlpark SAPS says they found two bodies in an open veld under the trees near Louisrus plots in Vanderbijlpark this past Tuesday, 25 February 2025. Police spokesperson, Sergeant Sabelo Sigcu, said in a statement sent to 90.6 FM News that the Vanderbijlpark police station received an anonymous call at around 10:00 am informing police about the situation. Upon arrival at the scene, police members found the two lifeless bodies where they were tied up with a rope on their hands and feet with multiple bruises on their bodies. Both bodies of the victims were already starting to decompose. Sigcu said the two bodies were identified and close families were also informed. No suspects have been identified as yet, as police also suspect the acts of mob justice on the matter. He encouraged anyone with relevant information concerning the matter to come forward or visit the Vanderbijlpark Station, as their identity will remain unknown to the public if they prefer.
