Vereeniging SAPS hosting a community engagement opportunity on Thursday

VEREENIGING - The Vereeniging SAPS says there will be a community engagement meeting on Thursday. Police spokesperson, Captain Fikile Funda, said in a notice sent to 90.6 FM News that the Sedibeng District Commander, Major General General Nkhensane Lemba, is hosting a chance for the community to engage with the SAPS. It will take place on Thursday, 10 August 2023, at 10:00 at the Vereeniging Taxi Rank. Funda encouraged the community and all community-based structures to attend. He says their attendance is imperative as important information will be shared.
